Nicknamed the "Norwegian Lumberjacked" due to his Nordic background and imposing stature, 15-year-old Kai Stone stands at 6'3" and weighs in at a solid 220 lbs., and still growing! His impressive physical presence is matched by his remarkable achievements in sports. Kai is a two-time California powerlifting champion, and holds the National powerlifting record for the deadlift in his age group.
In addition to his powerlifting accolades, Kai is a standout athlete in rugby and football. As a California rugby all-star, he has showcased his skills and versatility on the field for the past three years. In football, he excels primarily as an edge rusher and tight end, earning high school all-star honors as well. With five years of training in both powerlifting and football, Kai's dedication and hard work have made him a formidable competitor in multiple sports.
Kai's journey, marked by daily, dedicated training and commitment, serves as an inspiration to those around him. His blend of strength, speed, athleticism, and determination highlights his potential for a bright future as a high level competitive Athlete.
